Since the introduction of the Medical Safety Restraint Chair^™, hospitals, institutional care, and medical and behavioral facilities continue to buy both the SureGuard^® Safety Restraint Chair and the Medical Safety Restraint Chair^™. Based on their feedback, a new chair has been developed for all of these environments. It is called the SoftGuard^® Safety Restraint Chair and has attributes of both existing chair models.

SHIPPING DAMAGE NOTICE

Carefully inspect restraint chairs for any damage BEFORE accepting delivery. 

Any damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading with the driver before they leave the chair or a damage claim cannot be filed and you accept the chair "as is."
